Scholarship description 2015-16 Discover Idaho Scholars Program-The Discover Idaho program recognizes students who are not residents of Idaho with academic merit scholarships to pay a portion of non-resident tuition being charged. Students will continue to receive the funds for an additional 3 years with a minimum GPA 1.
